One rope decides the winner, and everyone participates together - The production department of Hanba

To enrich the employees' spare-time cultural life, enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, and create a positive and collaborative corporate culture atmosphere, on January 23, 2026, the Production Department of Hanbang Company organized a tug-of-war competition titled "One Rope Determines Victory, All Staff Participate". All the employees of the Production Department actively participated, using sweat and passion to present a splendid team competition feast. 

The atmosphere at the competition site was extremely lively, with the participating teams full of energy and ready to go. Each team was composed of employees from different production departments. The players wore uniform clothing, all showing eager determination and a strong sense of collective honor and fighting spirit. Before the competition, the staff gave a detailed explanation of the competition rules and safety precautions to ensure a fair, just, and safe event. Each participating team also used the pre-competition time to quickly adjust and refine their strategies, making full preparations for the competition. 

With the referee's command, the game officially began. A series of thick rope pulling handles became the center of attention on the field. The participating players tightly held the ropes, lowered their center of gravity, worked together, and exerted all their strength to push backward. The players gritted their teeth, leaned their bodies backward, and their feet firmly planted on the ground. Each push was accompanied by deafening cheers, and the on-site cheering and shouting kept coming one after another, reaching a climax. 

During the competition, both teams were evenly matched. The rope was pulled back and forth near the center line, and the outcome remained uncertain until the very last moment. The players encouraged each other and supported one another, fully demonstrating the spirit of teamwork and never giving up. Some players' palms were red from rubbing against the rope, but they still persisted until the end; some players' bodies were almost parallel to the ground, yet they still gritted their teeth and exerted their strength, using their actions to interpret the profound meaning of "unity is strength". 

After multiple rounds of intense competition, the top three winners were finally determined. After the competition, the company leaders presented prizes and honorary certificates to the winning teams, highly praising the excellent performance of the team members and expressing gratitude for their efforts and dedication in the competition. They also commended the tenacious fighting spirit and teamwork spirit demonstrated by the teams during the event. 

This tug-of-war competition is not only a contest of physical strength and endurance, but also a display of teamwork spirit and cohesion.
