Suitable for cold pad-batch process, it can also be applied to overflow machine scouring and continuous scouring processes. With excellent alkali resistance stability, it maintains good stability even in 80g/L NaOH aqueous solution. It has excellent alkali penetration resistance, ensuring the liquid pick up rate during continuous pretreatment processing of cotton fabrics and improving the scouring effect.

It is primarily suitable for the low-temperature scouring/bleaching pretreatment process of cotton knitting, rayon, and other cellulose fiber blended fabrics. It can promote the stable decomposition of peroxides under lower temperature conditions and is suitable for the low-temperature pretreatment process of the scouring/bleaching one-bath process.

Mainly used for the pretreatment of polyester, polyester/polyurethane, nylon, nylon/polyurethane, and their blended fabrics, exhibiting excellent oil removal and anti-re-staining capabilities.

Suitable for the one-bath process of oil removal and dyeing of chemical fiber fabrics.

Used for the pretreatment and scouring-dyeing one-bath process of polyester warp-knitted, weft-knitted, and blended fabrics.

Has excellent emulsifying, dispersing, and leveling abilities, effectively preventing dyeing defects such as color mottling and color spots caused by unclean removal of spinning oil from the cylinder.

Product features:

It can be used for the pretreatment and degreasing process of polyester, nylon, and their blended fabrics.

It can also be used for degreasing, desizing, scouring, and general washing treatments of various other fabrics.

It has strong detergency, good emulsifying and dispersing properties, and also functions as a desizing agent, scouring agent, and detergent.
