It was established in 1970 and went through the stages of metal processing and home appliance trial production. In 1992, it transformed into a textile auxiliaries company. In 1993, it jointly established Hanbang Chemical. In 1995, its sales exceeded 10 million yuan and it was recognized as a key enterprise of the university and the enterprise.

Transformed into a joint-stock enterprise, established a technological development strategy, recruited technical talents, cooperated with universities, initially established a product system for textile auxiliaries, and gradually opened up market sales channels.

Continuously conducting technological research and development, undertaking multiple provincial and municipal science and technology projects, being recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Jiaxing City, the product range has been continuously expanded, and the technical strength of the enterprise has steadily improved.

Purchase land to build a new workshop and a research and development building. In 2007, a provincial-level textile auxiliaries research and development center was established. The proportion of research and development investment exceeded 5%, and it was upgraded to a Zhejiang Province high-tech enterprise.

Deeply engaged in the field of wool textile chemicals, it has completed several provincial-level scientific research projects. In 2010, its annual output reached 32.13 million yuan and its profits and taxes amounted to 2.25 million yuan. It ranked among the top three in the textile auxiliaries industry of Jiaxing City.

The sales performance has been steadily increasing. In 2013, the sales revenue reached 69.61 million yuan and the profit and tax amounted to 4.21 million yuan. The range of fabric additives was expanded, gradually breaking through the single market limitation of sweater additives.

In 2014, the company's sales revenue reached 86.53 million yuan. It launched the silicone rubber project, purchased land to prepare for relocation and expansion, improved the product system, and embarked on the path of diversified development.

In 2017, it won the second prize for science and technology in Shaanxi Province. In 2018, it passed the three major system certifications. In 2019, the factory underwent renovation and upgrading, with the addition of photovoltaic adhesive and auxiliary agent production lines. The revenue increased significantly and it was rated as a third-level enterprise for safety production standardization.

The annual sales revenue reached 200 million yuan. They produced and sold 30,000 tons of textile auxiliaries and 6,000 tons of silicone rubber. They were awarded as a provincial-level enterprise research institute, and their products passed the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification for organic textiles.

It has been ranked among the top 20 in terms of comprehensive strength in the Chinese textile and dyeing auxiliaries industry, and has received numerous honors including being recognized as a high-tech small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang Province and one of the top ten environmentally friendly enterprises in Tongxiang
