Product introduction:

3602A is a soft-sliding block base silicone oil. We use special molecular composition to make this product have excellent soft-slip feel. It can show a good soft and smooth feel on various fabrics such as velvet, polyester and cotton.

Emulsification process:

Add 100kg of oil to the stirring kettle, and add 1-5kg of 40% HAC, start stirring, stir evenly, add water while stirring, and simply stir to dissolve.

Finishing process:

Finishing solution: Dilute the emulsion with water at a certain ratio to prepare a working bath solution for finishing.

Finishing process: soaking, padding → baking

Impregnation: According to the user's requirements, the emulsion is formulated into a suitable concentration for impregnation, dehydration, and drying.
