Product introduction:

HB-301 is a soft-sliding block base silicone oil. We use special molecular composition for this product, which is suitable for soft-sliding finishing on velvet, polyester and cotton fabrics.

Recommended process:

           1: 20% oil content emulsion preparation: (500kg)

Crude oil: 120kg, 40% HAC: 6kg, water: several

           120 kg of crude oil was added to a steel body stirred tank, glacial acetic acid was added, and the mixture was stirred evenly. Then, water was added slowly and repeatedly, and water was added again after each addition. Until the water is completely added and stirred well, a transparent and stable emulsion is obtained.

           2: The recommended amount of 20% emulsion is 2%-6% of the finishing liquid

Precautions:

           1. Avoid contact with strong acids and bases, metal chromium compounds and oxidants.

           2. Seal the container when not in use.

           3. Do not touch the fabric directly, otherwise it will be difficult to clean.

           4. There should be yellowing in long-term storage. It is recommended to emulsify in time.

           5, the use environment is more special, please do a pre-experiment in advance. (Listed: need to be resistant to anions)
