3601 is a ternary copolymerized block modified silicone base oil with a unique molecular structure. Compared with the conventional ternary copolymerized silicone oil, it fills the methyl slip layer caused by the introduction of polyether to the maximum extent The loss of the feel style brought by the disconnection and the greatly improved emulsification performance of the conventional block silicone oil have a more unique feel style compared with the traditional amino silicone oil. It is suitable for the soft style finishing of chemical fiber fabrics such as various flannelettes and yarns.

Recommended process:

           1: 20% oil content emulsion preparation: (500kg)

            Crude oil: 100kg, 40% HAC: 4kg, water: 396kg

           Add 100 kg of crude oil to the steel body stirred tank, add 4 kg of glacial acetic acid, and stir well. Then add water slowly and repeatedly, and add water again after each time. Until the water is completely added and stirred well, a transparent and stable emulsion is obtained.

           2: The recommended amount of 20% emulsion is 2%-6% of the finishing liquid

          Precautions:

           1. Avoid contact with strong acids and bases, metal chromium compounds and oxidants.

           2. Seal the container when not in use.

           3. Do not touch the fabric directly, otherwise it will be difficult to clean.

           4. It should be stored for a long time, and the viscosity will decrease. It is recommended to emulsify in time to high concentration storage.
