One dipping and one rolling, open width, drying (or setting) baking at 120 ℃ ～ 160 ℃ for 60 ～ 120 seconds (depending on factory process).

  Dipping

  3401 3 ~ 10% (o.w.f)

Impregnation, dehydration, and drying (depending on factory process).

Precautions:

It is recommended to use the same bath with other additives (antistatic agent, brightener), it is necessary to make a small test first, it is not recommended to use the same bath with anionic additives. It is recommended that the water temperature of the softening process of the dipping method does not exceed 50 ° C. It is recommended that the dyed cloth be washed thoroughly.
