Yarn-dyed fabric soaping agent Z-101 is a cotton soaping agent composed of acrylic polymer. It is used for soaping after dyeing cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics. It can effectively remove floating colors and improve color fastness. At the same time, the dye that comes off during soaping is prevented from being re-stained. Applicable to gap cylinder technology.

Reference process:

  Dipping

  Soaping agent 1.0 ～ 3.0% (o.w.f.)

Immersion: 80-90 ℃ × 30min, hot water washing, cold water washing.
