Product introduction:

K-702H is a reactive anti-pilling agent, suitable for anti-pilling finishing of full wool, cashmere blended yarn and knitted sweaters. With this additive, the anti-pilling effect is durable.

Reference process:

  Cardigan or wool yarn: Formula: K-702H, 3-5%, specific dosage according to customer's anti-pilling grade requirements; bath ratio: 1:20; temperature: room temperature water, time: 20 minutes.

  Method: Put K-702H into the peeling tank and soak for 20 ~ 25 minutes according to the above process (first turn for 1-2 minutes and then soak, mainly for soaking) → dehydration and drying; (drying temperature: 80 ～ 100 ℃) → Soft and smooth finishing (also can be treated in the same bath as the smoothing agent).

Precautions:

  It is recommended to make a small test when using it in the same bath with other additives to ensure compatibility in the same bath.
