  Padding

  Fluffy softener D6257-2 10 ~ 20g / L

One dipping and one rolling, open width, drying (or setting) baking at 120 ℃ ～ 160 ℃ for 60 ～ 120 seconds (depending on factory process).

  Dipping

Fluffy softener D6257-2 1-2% (o.w.f)

      Impregnation, temperature 15-40 ℃, time 15-30 minutes, dehydration, drying (depending on factory process).

Precautions:

It is recommended to use the same bath with other auxiliaries (antistatic agent, fluffing agent), it is necessary to make a small test first, it is not recommended to use the same bath with anionic auxiliaries. The softening process of the dipping method suggests that the water temperature does not exceed 50 ° C. The dyed cloth is recommended to be washed thoroughly after dyeing, which can reduce the temperature and remove impurities on the fabric surface.
