  Padding

One dipping and one rolling, open width, drying (or setting) baking at 120 ℃ ～ 160 ℃ for 60 ～ 120 seconds (depending on factory process).

  Dipping

Polyester woven fluffing agent D657H-9AY 1-2% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:15

     Impregnation, dehydration, and drying (depending on factory process).

Precautions:

It is recommended to use the same bath with other additives (antistatic agent, brightener), it is necessary to make a small test first, it is not recommended to use the same bath with anionic additives. The softening process of the dipping method recommends that the water temperature does not exceed 50 ° C. The dyed cloth is recommended to be washed once after dyeing, which can reduce the temperature and remove impurities on the surface of the fabric.
