ES film is a cationic polyamine surfactant. It has excellent softness, smoothness, elasticity and fluffy feel to various fibers, especially cotton and linen and their blended fabrics.

Reference process:

  To prepare a 10% strength softener, first heat 90 kg of water to 60 degrees, add 10 kg of soft tablets, and heat and stir until completely dissolved before use.

  The amount used should be adjusted according to the fabric structure and fiber content in the fabric in order to obtain the desired fabric feel. Recommended dosage: 10-30g / L padding method; 2-5% dipping method.

Precautions:

  It is recommended that when used in the same bath with other auxiliaries, a small test should be performed first. Do not use it with anionic auxiliaries at the same time.
