It is suitable for various fibers, especially cotton, rayon and its blended fabrics. The finished fabric has a soft, fluffy feel, and good hydrophilicity. Can also be used as a raw material for fluffing agents.

Reference process:

  Formulate 5% strength softener, ointment 10kg, water 190kg

  Add 10 kilograms of ointment in advance to the thinning kettle and dilute slowly with water. Initially, add 2-3kg while stirring. After adding about 100kg of water, add 5-10kg of water each time. Continue stirring until it is completely dissolved. Pay attention to filtering when discharging.

  The amount used should be adjusted according to the fabric structure and fiber content in the fabric in order to obtain the desired fabric feel. Recommended dosage: 5-10% dipping method; 50-100g / L padding method
